But 100 years ago, even having a telephone was a dream for most of the people around the world. Telephone in itself was initially a sensational development in technology, just like cellular phones are now. However, those days are now gone, and one does not worry about not being able to contact a person. All that one needs to be sure of is that the cell is not turned off, which is the only case when it would not be possible to reach the person. Otherwise cellular phones allow one to talk to anyone at any given time or place. Also, with these phones, the technology is being developed that should soon eliminate a number of signal problems, the data speed, and the in- building quality signal. But the cellular phones do come with certain disadvantages. They get lost easily, and may not be preferred owing to their often disruptive nature. Places such as classrooms, libraries, movie theaters and doctors offices, usually do not allow cell phones. Currently, the market share leaders for the cellular phone market all around the globe are Nokia, Samsung and Motorola. Each of them has something unique to offer and with the wide rage of varieties they have, the buyers are surely spoilt for choice. These wonderful gadgets are like having a lifeline in our pockets. Totally wireless, productivity-oriented, ensuring convenience with comfort and quality; these little things are sure to stay here for long.
